This project involved the installation of a complete interior basement waterproofing and drainage system designed to manage water intrusion and keep the basement dry. A continuous trench was cut and excavated along the interior perimeter of the foundation walls, followed by the installation of new weeping tile surrounded by drainage stone to effectively collect and redirect groundwater. A Delta membrane was installed along the foundation walls to channel any incoming moisture into the drainage system below. The system was then connected to a new sump pump, allowing collected water to be safely discharged away from the foundation. Once completed, the perimeter was restored with new concrete, leaving behind a clean, reliable waterproofing system built to provide long-term protection against basement moisture and water infiltration.
